Abstract

PT. Samudera Sarana Logistik Surabaya adalah perusahaan penyedia jasa perawatan dan servis alat transportasi dan logistik yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT. Samudera Indonesia. Bertempat di JL. Greges Jaya 3, No. 2 - 4 - 6, Greges, Kec. Asemrowo, Surabaya. Salah satu proses bisnis pada perusahaan tersebut adalah dilakukan pencatatan keluar masuk dan pengendalian stok. Barang yang tersimpan sendiri terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) kategori yaitu alat berat, inventaris umum, dan elektronik. Permasalahan dalam melakukan proses pencatatan sering terjadi kehilangan atau kerusakan form maupun bukti PO fisik yang mengakibatkan staff warehouse bekerja dua kali serta tertundanya proses pengajuan pengadaan barang sehingga menimbulkan masalah baru terkait availability barang yang dibutuhkan, dalam proses pencatatan ditemukan adanya masalah dalam pembuatan laporan stok maupun keluar/masuk barang dikarenakan dengan jumlah data yang cukup banyak akan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan tersebut, maka solusi yang diperlukan adalah pembuatan aplikasi pencatatan keluar masuk dan pengendalian stok berbasis website menggunakan safety stock yang merupakan kelebihan Inventory yang diperlukan untuk mengantisipasi ketidakpastian dalam permintaan, lead time, dan perubahan pasokan, baik dari sisi jumlah pasokan stok, kualitas, dan waktu pengiriman barang dari pemasok. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan system development life cycle (SDLC) yang terdapat empat tahapan yaitu communication, planning, construction, dan deployment. Aplikasi ini dapat melakukan proses pengajuan permintaan barang baru, pengajuan restok barang, permintaan barang keluar, peminjaman barang keluar dan pengembalian barang keluar yang juga menghasilkan tiga jenis laporan yaitu laporan masuk, laporan keluar dan laporan stok.

Abstract

All countries in the world are experiencing difficult times due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Crises are emerging in the health and economic sectors, including Indonesia. The president requested that this crisis be addressed immediately and should be resolved simultaneously. Various efforts have been made by the government such as conducting PPKM Mikro. PPKM Mikro policy raises the pros-cons of society because of its impact on the economy and is ineffective in reducing daily cases of Covid-19. Public responses and opinions are conveyed through various media, more than 63.6% of total social media users in Indonesia have a Twitter account. Based on this background, this study hopes to use data from Twitter to understand the response and perception of Indonesian people to PPKM Mikro policy, from the prediction results, which can be a benchmark or evaluation material for the government. This study conducted a sentiment analysis by dividing people's responses into positive and negative sentiments using the Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency algorithm for weighting and the Support Vector Machine method for classification. The results of the research that has been done showed the validation results using k-fold cross-validation on the support vector machine has an average cross-validation score of 96.42%. The test results showed an accuracy of 97.13%, precision of 97.58%, and recall of 99.15%. The overall percentage of sentiment analysis is for negative 12.8% and for positive 87.2%.

Abstract

UMKM Batu Cincin Mandiri terdapat beberapa kendala dalam proses penjualan produk yang mengakibatkan penurunan omset. Proses bisnis yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Batu Cincin pada saat ini adalah menerima pemesanan batu cincin yang dipilih oleh pelanggan, ketika batu cincin yang dipesan tersebut sudah tersedia maka dapat dilakukan pembayaran secara lunas, apabila barang tidak tersedia maka pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan dengan memberikan uang muka terlebih dahulu, setelah barang sudah tersedia pelanggan dapat melakukan pembayaran secara lunas. Adanya pandemi covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia pada bulan Maret 2020 menyebabkan penurunan omset penjualan pada UMKM Batu Cincin, dikarenakan pada saat ini tidak memungkinkan bagi pelanggan untuk datang langsung ke toko dan dengan adanya penerapan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) oleh pemerintah mengakibatkan berkurangnya jam operasional usaha dan lambatnya saluran distribusi.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, UMKM Batu Cincin Mandiri membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi e-commerce yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan serta dapat menjangkau wilayah pemasaran yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi e-commerce berbasis website yang dapat mengelola data, melakukan proses penjualan, dan pembuatan laporan.

Abstract

SMK Ketintang is one of the vocational high schools in Surabaya, there is a problem, namely to collect alumni data which is still done manually. In carrying out the recording, there is often a buildup of registration forms because employees have to input one by one and the data collection process takes a long time. In sending data, there can be delays in sending alumni data to DISNAKER. As a result of collecting student data, which takes a long time, the impact on the data collection and collection process takes a long time. risk of experiencing delays. Based on the existing problems, a solution was obtained in the form of a Tracer Study reporting application. Tracer study reports include student data collection, delivery deadlines, the number of students who have done online data collection and those who have not. This research uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method in developing a tracer study reporting application. From the reporting results, it can be concluded that the application can send tracer study progress and alumni data output results.

Abstract

Command Center 112 Surabaya is an innovation of services in disaster management supported by BPB Linmas Surabaya. Command Center 112 Surabaya service can integrate various Regional Device Organizations related to disaster management or emergencies experienced by the people of Surabaya quickly and responsively. The problem that occurs in Command Center 112 Surabaya is often receive false news reports related to emergencies numbering 704 during 2020 and the public is less responsive to report if there is an emergency to Command Center 112 Surabaya because the public has to wait a few minutes when the incoming call on number 112 is busy and the public is still hesitant when calling number 112 will be charged pulse fees. Based on the problem, Command Center 112 Surabaya needs a prototype display of android-based applications that can solve the current problem. On the emergency call application the public can report an emergency with a verified report according to the circumstances at the scene and a quick response from the operator officer to receive a report. Ui/UX design of Emergency Call application in Command Center 112 using sprint design method. There are 5 stages, namely, understand, diverge, decide, prototype, and validate. Prototype A and prototype B are designed based on the alterntif idea chosen at the decide stage. In the validate process using A/B Testing method to 10 potential users who have characteristics aged 18-40 years. The first stage of voting both prototypes by way of the user is shown a feature image of prototype A and prototype B. The results obtained by the user are more dominant choosing the look of prototype A that will be used to design prototype C. After designing prototype C, the user can try and give feedback for the improvement of prototype C. The result of the prototype C repair is that on the entrance page there are three entrances to make it easier to report and users can video call directly with the officer to request emergency handling on the emergency call application.

Abstract

The fixed assets at SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya are managed by the Wakasapras (Facilities and Infrastructure) Section. Asset data collection carried out is recording asset codes, recording origin codes, asset management, asset repair, asset maintenance, asset deletion, asset management is currently still manual or written in books and some asset data is also recorded in Microsoft Excel and stored on the flash if there are new assets that come then the wakasapras section will collect data on asset management. However, if it is still written in a book or typed in Microsoft Excel, it causes errors when recording asset management, sometimes there are two data that are the same when collecting data or sometimes they do not match the original, so there is the same data with different asset descriptions. . For the asset repair process, school officials will collect asset data to be repaired in paper form which will then be given to the wakasapras section as evidence that there are damaged assets and must be repaired immediately.Then for the asset maintenance process, the current process is that there is no asset maintenance, for asset maintenance it is only done when an asset is damaged. The absence of asset maintenance causes the assets in Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya High School to be damaged quickly and incur ongoing costs. Even this asset maintenance that has been carried out is still not recorded, so the wakasapras section and officers do not know which assets are often damaged and what costs are incurred, while for the asset removal process carried out by the wakasapras section and this officer destroys assets that have been damaged. no longer suitable for use or no longer functioning for the needs of Hang Tuah 4 High School Surabaya. However, there are problems that occur when the assets are written off by the wakasapras and officers. There are also assets that have been deleted that are not recorded, so the wakasapras and officers do not know how many assets have been deleted and what assets have been deleted.Based on the problems above, a website-based asset management application was made at SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya to help and facilitate the wakasapras and school officers in carrying out asset data collection which consists of recording asset codes, asset receipts, asset repair, asset maintenance, asset deletion.Keywords: Asset management, Asset repair, Asset maintenance, Asset deletion.

Abstract

Arjuna Paint Shop is a business engaged in the production and sale of paint and other supporting tools. Established since April 2011, Arjuna Paint products are well received by the public as personal needs, colorists and businesses such as shoescare. In running its business, the Arjuna Paint shop also utilizes technology in online marketing by providing information using the website. The problem that occurs on the Arjuna Cat shop website is that there are no complex and systematic transaction features. Users when registering as agents are still via telephone/email, improper website layout makes users uncomfortable, Cat Arjuna shop has decreased revenue because the website has never been evaluated and repaired regularly. Based on these problems, a user interface/user experience design was designed and produced a Cat Arjuna e-commerce prototype using a user centered design (UCD) model. In the evaluation process of prototype testing, an in-depth interview process was carried out with shop owners and also Cat Arjuna customers. Evaluation of the prototype was carried out by distributing a system usability scale (SUS) questionnaire to 30 respondents to evaluate the product and as a benchmark for user perceptions. From the results of testing the prototype, an average of 81 is included in the "excellent" category, which means that the design is accepted by the user.

Abstract

UKM MNDecoration merupakan usaha dibidang jasa dekorasi diacara pernikahan maupun lamaran. Berdiri sejak Desember 2019 ukm ini memulai dengan memiliki backdrop dekorasi model tirai hingga sekarang sudah memiliki tiga model selain tirai ada juga model papan dan kayu. Proses pemasaran yang dilakukan UKM MNDecoration masih sederhana dengan memanfaatkan media sosail seperti facebook, instagram dan mulut ke mulut. Sehingga yang diperoleh ukm tersebut masih minim bisa dikatakan dalam perbulan hanya mendapatkan 1-5 pesanan dekorasi. kekurangan pada instagram dalam media pemasaran foto produk terlihat kecil, yang  dalam proses transaksi juga kurang efektif. Kekurangan seperti banyaknya pengguna facebook mengakibatkan postingan promosi cepat tenggelam, jangkaun konsumen hanya pada meliputi  pengikut akun produk saja.Pada masalah yang ada pada ukm MNDecoration. Ditemukan solusi dengan membuat perancangan aplikasi pemesanan dekorasi pernikahan berbasis website  dengan  menggunakan metode LEAN UX. Didalam metode LEAN UX terdapat beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut  Declare Assumption, Create MVP, Run an Experiment, dan Feedback and Research. Dengan menyertAkan sampel sebanyak 30 yaitu diantara lain pemilik ukm, karyawan dan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil dari pembuatan prototype dengan metode LEAN UX, telah memberikan hasil nilai success rate pengujian prototype sebesar 76%. Dengan hasil success rate termasuk nilai yang cukup bagus dari pengujian prototype.Kata Kunci: lean ux, prototype

Abstract

PT Saka Mitra Usaha is a snacks intermediary towards small shop delivered by a motorist. The motorist doesn't have any clear guidelines regarding closest delivery route, which makes it possible that the route followed is not the closest one and more time will be wasted during travel made. The solution proposed is to make an android based application that gives a closest route reccomendation to solve this problem, which is a Traveling Salesman Problem, where a courier needs to deliver items with the closest route as possible. The method chosen is Ant Colony Optimization, mainly the Ant System variant. Ant System is chosen because it has a lot of variables that can be modified in order to reach closest route, and also because the number of shop used is only 15 shops. The test results for 15 shops shown that the closest route available is 40.343 kilometers, reached using 8 ants and a combination of a = 1.5, β =1, ρ = 0.9 or a = 2, β =1.5, and ρ = 0.5-0.9. The application also gives the closest route recommendation and navigation helper in order to give the best route possible and shorten travel time.

Abstract

PT SUCOFINDO (Persero) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) bidang jasa survey yang berdiri sejak tahun 1956.  PT SUCOFINDO Cabang Utama Surabaya memiliki kendala dimana Bidang Penjualan dan Dukungan Operasi (PDO) melalui sub-Bidang PTK (Penempatan Tenaga Kerja) masih melakukan penugasan/ penunjukkan petugas lapangan secara langsung (konvensional), serta masih terdapat keterbatasan pengetahuan tim PTK (Penempatan Tenaga Kerja) dalam memilih petugas lapangan terkait kompetensi yang dimiliki.Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, solusi yang dilakukan adalah membuat aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah penunjukkan penugasan kepada petugas lapangan berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yaitu [1] kehadiran, [2] manday dan [3] kompetensi dari petugas lapangan. Proses penujukkan penugasan dilakukan menggunakan metode Hungarian, metode Hungarian bekerja dalam hal pemilihan petugas dengan cara menghitung poin, dimana poin awal berjumlah 50 poin, kemudian setiap kesesuaian kompetensi petugas terhadap order, maka poin akan berkurang 10, kompetensi dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu Professional Expercience, Sertifikasi dan Pelatihan, maka apabila petugas memenuhi persyaratan, maka poin akan berkurang 30 poin, dilihat dari kesesuaian 3 kelompok yang disebutkan sebelumnya. Penunjukkan penugasan dilakukan oleh sub-Bidang PTK (Penempatan Tenaga Kerja) berdasarkan hasil perhitungan metode Hungarian yang sudah dilakukan.Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat memberikan hasil penujukkan penugasan pada petugas lapangan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah disebutkan sebelumnya  yaitu [1] kehadiran, [2] manday dan [3] kompetensi dari petugas lapangan. Selain itu aplikasi juga dapat menghasilkan historis dari penugasan petugas lapangan, yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk monitoring bagaimana penugasan yang dilakukan dalam jangka tertentu.Kata Kunci : Penugasan Petugas Lapangan, Hungarian, Website, Monitoring.
